Overview

The five port MPSPDM4500 power supply allows for up to five MPS modules or the ES4000 to be be powered by a single supply. This is a convenient way to provide the DC to power multiple MPS modules or an MPS/ES system.

The MPSPDM4500 also provides some additional functionality in the form of a serial connection and an BNC trigger input.  A standard RS232 serial connection is supplied on the back of the MPSPDM4500 allowing the user to establish a serial connection with the MPS unit powered by the #1 position.  This is useful if for any reason an Ethernet connection cannot be established with the MPS.  The BNC connection allows users to supply a trigger input to the system, easily synchronizing 5x MPS scanners being powered by the PDM.
